Will STEADY-PAD Anti-Vibration Pads work if my washer and dryer are stacked?
Yes, we have tested the pads on stacked many stacked laundry systems and all have performed as intended.
Do you offer multiple sizes of STEADY-PAD Anti-Vibration Pads?
Right now, we currently only offer one size of washing machine pad. It is designed to fit most washers and dryers on today’s market. In the rare instance the pads do not fit your washing machine’s legs, we will gladly provide you a fully refund upon returning the item.
Are STEADY-PAD Anti-Vibration Pads sold in any retail stores?
We are not in retail stores at this time. Steadypads.com is the only place where you can find our entire collection. We offer returns at absolutely no cost to you within 120 days to make sure your anti-vibration pads are perfect for you, so you can try them risk free.
How much to the Anti-Vibration Pads increase the height of my appliance?
The pads will increase the height of the washer 1 inch. The pads are 1.25 inches thick, but have a ¼ inch recessed area to hold your appliance feet in place.
Should tape be used to hold the washer pads in place?
No tape or adhesive is necessary for the Steady-Pads to work.
How often should I replace my anti-vibration pads?
Steady-Pads are designed and manufactured from dense high quality natural rubber. This allows them to last under harsh conditions for a very long time. When you hold the pads in your hands, you will understand their weight and quality. That being said, we designed the pads to last the lifetime of your appliance, so no replacements of the pads should be necessary.
What is the inside diameter of the pad’s indentation?
The recessed area in the middle of the pad measures exactly 1.25 inches.
Can STEADY-PAD Anti-Vibration Pads be used under a washing machine or dryer storage drawer?
Yes, they can. They work great!
Do STEADY-PAD Anti-Vibration Pads work if my washing machine and dryer are on a pedestal?
Yes, they do. Simply place the pads under the pedestal where it meets the floor.
Do I need to remove the feet/legs of my washer before adding the anti-vibration pads?
No, if your washer has feet/legs they should be inserted into the indentations on the pads. This will help the pads and your washing machine/dryer in place.
Will the STEADY-PAD Anti-Vibration Pads mark my floor?
No, our anti-vibration pads are designed to grip the floor tightly without leaving any marks.
